PhotoSwift provides professional batch image processing services including but not limited to image compression, format conversion, resizing, smart cropping, photo collage, watermarking, GIF making, and image to PDF conversion. By using this app, you agree to these terms of use.

2. Payment Options and Membership Terms

QuickPic Edit offers the following payment options:

  • Lifetime membership: ¥68, one-time purchase for permanent access to all features, no renewal required
  • Annual membership: ¥38/year, auto-renewal, save 60%, cancel anytime
  • Monthly membership: ¥8/month, auto-renewal, flexible subscription, cancel anytime

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours before expiration through your App Store account settings.

3. Usage Guidelines

You agree to use PhotoSwift only for lawful purposes. It is prohibited to use this app to process or distribute illegal, infringing, harmful, or inappropriate content. The developer reserves the right to terminate service upon discovering violations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology of PhotoSwift are owned by the developer. You retain intellectual property rights to photos you edit using the app, and the developer makes no claim to them.

5. Disclaimer

PhotoSwift is not responsible for any data loss or damage caused by user error, device malfunction, system errors, or force majeure. Users are advised to back up important photos before editing.

6. Service Changes and Termination

The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate some or all features of PhotoSwift at any time without notice. For subscribed users, the developer will handle refunds in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of disputes, parties shall seek amicable resolution; if unsuccessful, either party may file a lawsuit in a court of competent jurisdiction.
